7/1996-present :
1. Using patch clamp technique, to study the calcium channel
and opioid effects on them.
2. Using fura-2 to measure intracellular calcium, I found the calcium oscillation
in SH-SY5Y cell line and also study the mechanism of it.
3. Opioid effects on the intracellular Ca2+ store are discussed. The excitatory
effects of opioid are illustrated.
6/1995 - 6/1996 :
1. Cultivation of neuroblastoma cell line, SH-SY5Y. Compare
the difference between differentiated and undifferentiated cell.
2. Study of patch clamp technique and microfluorometric Ca2+ measurement
technique
3. Preparation for the coming research.
